Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your Belgravia London purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return an eligible item. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Hygiene & Beauty Products

For hygiene and health reasons, certain products supplied sealed cannot be returned once their hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened or removed, unless the product is faulty.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
